Find one of the most stunning rain forests in Amazon River. expanding across two regions. Bring friends, relax, explore and solve quests to win prizes in this two-region jungle. But most importantly: have a great time!

Amazon River is an Adult category SIM. I didn`t see the bits that are “adult” but they are apparently there going by the above description from the “about land” blurb (first one is from SLs Destination guide). The SIM itself spans 2 regions and it looks like a lot of work has gone into this place.

From an aesthetic point of view, the SIM looks beautiful… Lots of  very lovely trees, waterways and paths to explore along with a lot of patforms. These wooden platforms are probably where all the dodgy bits are done but I was too busy panning to test any of them lol.

I love the high viewing platform on the edge of the SIM and its commanding view of the SIM in general. It also has a couples pose ball set where you can sit and stare out across the ocean in each others arms (as I wandered up while 2 people were doing just that).

You can also spend some time shopping as they have a marketplace on 1 side.

My only issue with the SIM, as with a few other I have visited, is the silence… I am not sure if it is a case that their music stream needs to be prodded but while I was there, and whe I went back to retake a shot a while later, it was silent. If there was a quiet/soothing style track playing, I think it would be a lovely place to visit but I also suspect that if they are pushing visitors towards the adult themes, they may be leaving it silent for voice chat. But I merely speculate…

Definitely worth a visit for the visual aspects and worth exploring through the paths and wooden walkways.
